Standard Boiler Service: £95 + VAT (minimum level)
Full Boiler Service: £149 + VAT (including combustion seals if required)
Where an appliance cannot be serviced or repaired due to poor installation, or if it has not been installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions or current Gas Safety regulations, the minimum charge will still apply at the prevailing rate.
We provide both standard and comprehensive servicing for Vaillant and all major boiler manufacturers. We also offer additional servicing for central heating systems and controls.
Although servicing procedures vary depending on the appliance type—whether older non-condensing boilers or modern condensing systems—we aim to keep everything simple and straightforward for our customers.
We offer two levels of servicing, with charges clearly reflecting the level of work required.
Boiler Servicing

For a more thorough inspection, our “Full Scope” service includes a comprehensive internal check of the boiler, including:
- Draining the boiler
- Removal of key components
- Cleaning and replacement of worn parts and seals where required
A recorded warranty service is mandatory to meet the requirements of your parts and labour guarantee. Standard pricing is £95 + VAT for 1st and 2nd year warranty services.
