Plumbing Estimates
Written estimates are emailed within 48 hours of the site visit and remain valid for six months. Hard copies can be posted upon request.
Site visits provide a detailed breakdown of costs and schedules. Estimates are generally free of charge; however, some may incur a fee depending on the nature of the work, the time involved, and the location of the appointment.
Should you choose to proceed with the work, any charge applied for the estimate will be deducted from the final invoice.
Workmanship Guarantee
For your peace of mind, we guarantee most work against faulty workmanship for 12 months.
Due to the nature of certain repairs or services, such as drain blockages, we are unable to provide a 12-month labour guarantee. This will be clearly stated on your invoice.

Materials
Materials and parts supplied by TaylorMade are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty. This typically covers the repair or replacement of faulty goods within a specified period, usually 12 months.
Guarantee details and instructions on how to make a claim will be provided where applicable. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Boiler Guarantees
We recommend leading boiler brands such as Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, and Ideal to help keep your home warm and energy efficient.
In the event of a fault within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you will need to contact the boiler manufacturer directly.

To minimise water damage to your property, it is advised to turn off your mains water supply at the stop cock. This is usually located at the kitchen sink.
How quickly can you get to me?
In an emergency we aim to be with you within two hours.
Do you charge a call out fee?
No. We charge a one‑hour minimum fee and then every fifteen minutes after this.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. We provide a twelve‑month guarantee against faulty workmanship (this excludes drainage works).
Are your engineers on the Gas Safe register?
Yes! All our engineers are fully qualified and are Gas Safe registered.
