Have sought out help from Taylormade (Max) several times since past few years.Taylormade (Max) has super efficient team, they are polite and all of them - Ryan (who we know from past jobs), and Essi ( current job) have been attentive, easy to talk to, and good listeners. Taylormade is reliable, trustworthy - charges are reasonable, good value for money.
Yesterday, we had a major crisis and had to call Max for emergency work ( relating to burst pipe). Essi came very quickly, and resolved the problem - also neatly put the floor boards back in place. Big thank you to Taylormade, Max & Essi for responding promptly very early in the morning,  resolving our problem yesterday, and patiently sorting out the situation. Extremely poor service from Taylor Made, would not recommend. Booked an annual service of a boiler that was 1 year old. When arrived refused to do the service as said the flue had a gap that needed to be filled. I asked if it was safe to use and was told, 'at my own risk', I asked if he could quote me for the work that needed doing and have never heard from them since. Then proceeded to indicate I may have a leak as my floor surface was uneven(there are no pipes under my floor, they are all in the walls) despite his only evidence being visualising the floor (which has always been uneven). This is the second time we have used Taylormade Plumbing and Htg Services. We are a rental management business where a prompt service with reliable and competent plumbers is paramount for our own business.
