Taylormade is reliable, trustworthy - charges are reasonable, good value for money. Yesterday, we had a major crisis and had to call Max for emergency work ( relating to burst pipe). Essi came very quickly, and resolved the problem - also neatly put the floor boards back in place. Sarah Salinger11 February 2024Extremely poor service from Taylor Made, would not recommend. Booked an annual service of a boiler that was 1 year old. When arrived refused to do the service as said the flue had a gap that needed to be filled. I asked if it was safe to use and was told, 'at my own risk', I asked if he could quote me for the work that needed doing and have never heard from them since. Then proceeded to indicate I may have a leak as my floor surface was uneven(there are no pipes under my floor, they are all in the walls) despite his only evidence being visualising the floor (which has always been uneven). I contacted another gas engineer who serviced the boiler with no problem and filled the gap in immediately, with no concern.
